Abengoa Solar and New Energy Algeria (NEAL) will operate the ISCC plant for 25 years.
Abengoa Solar will construct and engineer the plant, and Sonatrach will purchase the energy produced. The combined cycle plant has a capacity of 150 MWe with 20 MWe being provided by the solar troughs. The area of the solar collectors is 180,000 m2 (1.94 million square ft).
